Hello and welcome to anyone who has a period!
This channel is all about recognizing and sharing our other options. The big name disposable companies fill our minds with rubbish. Cloth pads and menstrual cups, the main alternatives, are great. They are handy, reusable, comfortable, economical, and not to mention adorable! I am here to inform all of you about these other options. I am also trying to break the taboo attached to menstruation. I will respond to any questions and comments, take video requests, and put together any information that would be helpful to you. I am also able to review any requested items.
Thanks for watching!

Don't reuse tampons... ua-cam.com/video/S72O0P1pSvk/v-deo.html
ABU REARZE DIAPERS FOR MEN & WOMEN & NORTHSHORE MEGAMAX!
I'm late but thank you so much for taking the time to explain so well. Hope you're doing good these days! ^-^
It's weird that tampon companies won't just create shorter, wider tampons that expand widthwise for low cervix people. It's an easy fix. (I rarely use tampons anymore. I'm using menstrual cups and cloth pads mostly nowadays.
I would not be walking up to my teacher and asking them if I could go to the toilet because I'm on my period. All my teachers (on my course anyway) are male as are most of the students in the class apart from me Other people might feel comfortable doing that but personally I find it a but uncomfortable
Nice
I am just going to point out that it looks exactly like a pvc bakery mold
That is awesome. And clever Chepest best tee tree oil is Sol-u-mel Don't belive me See for yourself.
if i do it the way you say i can feel it and it’s painful
yeah same :(
I call it cloth tp. I switched several years ago. I just stuff my clean cloths in a clothespin bag. (When I first started using cloths, I would stack them....but it's much quicker to just take a bunch of them & stuff them in the clothespin bag). I have a small, flip-top waste can w/a bucket liner for tossing used cloths in. A lot of people are grossed out by the thought of using anything but regular tp. From what I've learned, most of the world has just the opposite opinion ! Water is a cleaner method & there are various ways to use it. Some people think there will be an odor from used cloth tp in the bathroom. I have never had an issue w/that. I much prefer using cloth to paper. And it saves some $$ !
Thank you so much your video helped me most and all the other ones didn’t really help me that much thank you so much you just made me feel better!!
Have you tried menstrual discs or cups? What about menstrual cloths?
come backkk
Very informative thank you
Just stick to a menstrual cup, they're game changer .This product can cause TSS, TOXIC SHOCK SYNDROME, please don't use these and please stay safe. If you have ever used a sponge then know that they catch and grow germs like crazy, experts still aren't sure whether they're safe or not.
Oh my gods, thank you. I just had my iud come half out last & had to get it removed. i had apsaluttly no idea what what i did to make it happen. This make so much sense. I was so scared at what to do, with both birth contol & menstrual products. just gosh
This is so helpful! I’m having my 2nd baby and was considering the Paragard and never considered it having nickel and Im super allergic to it
So so so helpful, my doctor was aware I am using a cup and told me none of this, I pulled my IUD out this morning when changing my cup…that was fun 😫 thank you so much
You could sell those girl! Yass 👏
And what position helps ?? Anyoneee
It is hard to insert.. i tried too many times 😅
I wear tampons and went swimming for 2 hrs in water 😒😒 But nothing happen with the tampons No water came in the tampons And their were no stain
I'm trying my 1st cup too today. And I feel so sad that I can't really get it in. But as I read thru the comments, I felt validated and kind of happy that almost all of us struggle inserting too.
What do you think of fix your bacterial vaginosis issue inherently using Womezon Remedy? I notice many people keep on talking about Womezon Remedy.
I hear many people keep on talking about Womezon Remedy. But Im uncertain if it is good. Have you ever tried this bacterial vaginosis secret remedy?
Does Womezon Remedy really work? I notice lots of people keep on speaking about Womezon Remedy. But Im not sure if it's good enough to cleanse your bacterial vaginosis issue inherently .
I read many great reviews on the internet about how Womezon Remedy will help you cleanse your bacterial vaginosis issue inherently . Has anyone tried using this bacterial vaginosis remedy?
This was the only video I’ve seen that actually helped me figure it out!! Thank you.
Does the lily cup stain? I read that it does
What is the name of this cup? For me It's not easy to understand by listening:( Whrite it down, pleace.
FYI!!! they have reusable tampon applicators Now! yay!
Is this small or large size?
Right, so I tried to insert the cup but it hurt a lot... I also tried it while on my period, but it still doesn’t go inside and hurt a lot... Anu suggestions?
I have been struggling so much to get the cup to open😭 everytime I insert it it stays folded no matter what. I managed to get it to open once but it's a little uncomfortable. Help!!
Can you answer me one question please? I brought sirona, and indian brand. But on handling it i feel some kind of substances in my hand and fingers. Idk, if this is the case in all those cups? Or they are smooth and don't have any oily/rubbry sbstnces in it?
I am also an indian. U can try carmesi cup(indian brand) or asan cup(indian brand). The carmesi cup is made in Europe and asan cup is designed in usa. The asan cup follow "buy one, donate one" scheme. If u buy menstrual cup from them.. they donate cups to rural and remote area. Both cups are good quality. Dont buy other indian brand cups as they might be made from little plastics or tpe. For example the everteen cup. U can clearly say by seeing the cup that it is not a medical grade silicone. So u can try foreign brand cups like lunette , ruby cup, saalt cup, lena cup, flex cup and many more.
@@krubaap6257 thank you but it was uncomfortable for me to use the cup.i switched to pad again year ago ig. i am thinking about trying tampons now......
@@krubaap6257 what cup are you using?
I don't have a tampon so can I just put some in my finger and put it in there?
Doesn't it smell bad if we keep the used pad in the wet pouch?
Nope! Reusable products actually don't smell plus the wet bags hold everything sealed
Sorry a hand made tampon...
I tried it on my last cycle, I failed miserably and was frustrated to he point of giving up. This video and the tips mentioned here gives me hope for my upcoming cycle! P.S.: you've earned a new subscriber!!!
My problem is it won't open inside from fold , and i feel so sorry for my twinkle. Any help?
I have heard that people with strong pelvic floor muscles can’t use this cup because of the softness that can’t be true right ?
